Ricoh sp5200 /5210 code sc820 need firmware?

Hi everyone I've been selling & servicing copiers for 18 years but it's been a while since I worked on any Ricoh's. I have a Ricoh sp5210sr giving me a code sc820 the machine will come up after a restart & it will print fine but if you turn the power back off for some time & come back later the coder will return. I tried to clear out all the errors & tried a memory swap with no success. I would like to flash the firmware. Anybody out there who can upload the firmware for me? For the Ricoh sp5210? Thanks

Hi wow would be best if you been servicing photocopiers for 18 years you may already know a credited ricoh service engineer or dealer that could help you. could cause more damage to the copier if you sure of what you are doing.
