    Hey Andy.
PCU is actually rated at 60K
I can't really add anything else to the discussion.
I've only got one, and I use it at home right now
Like some others, I can't really talk about overall performance. Mine only has 7K on it.
I bought it because I liked the idea of a small footprint machine for someone that didn't have a huge need for 11"x 17" paper but wanted the ability from time to time, and also can scan ledger size paper.
Keep in mind it only runs ledger size from the bypass.
For the purpose it's designed for, it seems like a pretty solid little box to me

    HEY SANDY THANKS

I didnt really even get a good look at the machine but thought the design looked modern and sleek.
DID you connect the SOP to your phone and if so was it easy?
I am starting to find it harder to get mpc401 machines which i would sell and service any day of the week.......

You mean with the Ricoh connector app?
Sure. Piece of cake to connect any device - even the old ones. I even have an SP C430 in my home office connected to the app.
I usually just add them manually with the search feature.

Honestly, for me phone/ tablet apps for printing are just a novelty - or at least only useful for someone that doesn't have access to a PC or laptop already connected to the device. They're way more tedious to use imo.
