You can try to format Storage board from Admin menu if no access to service mode:

try a warm boot (T/R) and try and access service mode once (OK) is displayed.
We know a thing or two because we've seen a thing or two.
Also don't ask me for files without a contributor badge.
You need to clear that base board ,with a reset tool, the 789 file works on it.then try loading a fresh copy of firmware.
