    print quality kyocera taskalfa 3051ci

Hi everyone! I have this issue with taskalfa 3051ci only with magneta and black colors. I have done drum refresh, developer refresh and calibration but with no success!

I would pull developer units and check mag rollers

Have had a fair few of this problem. When I see this I replace both the drum and dev for that colour.
Never found out what causes this.

The problem was from developer roller side, not from the drum!

It's the developer spacers cracking. Magenta and black developing units will do the trick. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I replace both because from my experience with this fault the problem reappears if I replace just the dev or drum. The local Kyocera rep couldn't tell me the cause but Kyocera has supplied replacement drums and devs as the copiers were still under warranty.

As per Blackcat. The spacer rollers (black rollers) wear on the shaft reducing the gap. Later devs and hi speed machines used a white nylon roller which didn’t wear.
