Not using WSD. Std IP. Postscript or PCL doesn't matter. There is some question on if has current firmware. Still looking into that aspect. Also found out that this problem occurred on this device a couple years ago and was repaired with a new driver. Gotta love Win10 updates...

Have you tried another PDF viewer for printing as suggested by StephenB above?
I've had several experiences where I could simply not get a machine to print ANYTHING from Adobe air, and/or the full Abobe Acrobat, and the Edge browser just SUCKS! (imo)

It sounds to me like a conflict with the program to me...and very possibly due to a Windows update.

My personal preferred program is Foxit reader... (never an issue) but that's just me

I haven't tried Foxit yet. Adobe reader 9 is what I use. 7 was better but doesn't support some of the newer features.

I have encountered times where you have to flatten the document before printing by using print preview and then printing from the preview screen.

So you've tried printing from your laptop and a crossover cable to rule out the Network yes?
ALSO....after a recent Windows update we had a few customers that has printing issues due to the update insisting that Microsoft Edge was the new PDF default viewer.
Switched them back to Adobe and all was well again.
    ALSO...lol
Is it a Windows server environment or Citrix?
SPC262 do NOT like Citrix...at all.
I've had machines print out random rubbish across ALL drivers on Citrix....print from outside of Citrix on their Windows login and the machine is happy.
