I have no access to Konica service site.
After format the hdd, I have message "No data movie animation"

This site is generally for technicians not end users.

However you will find should you donate to this site you may find the techs more accommodating & they'll send you any files you need.

You can choose from some options:
1. Pay Frenchman KM tech to come do it for you.
2. Source it here.
3. Find it somewhere in the internet.

Should you insist on that you need to receive FW(movie data) free and now, good luck you definitely will start receiving red cards(mine is just pending).

If a KM trained tech needs help and firmware is recommended , that tech can access the firmware and try it..That is mainly what this site is about..Vendor trained techs helping other vendor trained techs..We are not here to supply end users with firmware, parts books, service manuals, passwords ect..(although some do). Go pound sand with your opinions. E

3 posts (mostly in this thread) and now you cop an attitude because you can't get what you want.

as others have stated this forum/site it to help TRAINED techs out with their problems.

I am getting tired of non-techs and newbies thinking they are entitled to this info we have bled .. sweated.. pulled hair out (some of us can't afford this) to attain.

It really galls me on the attitude some of these pukes have ... note the muther in this thread that copped a major tude when he was turned down.

Thanks again and I hope we ALL get on the page about violating forum rule #5. This could get a 'kind' tech the loss of his tech ID and his company to lose the right to sell the product.

Lets ALL do our part to stop the flow of 'free files/manuals' floating around.

Hi,

I donated a c454e from my company to a dog rescue center. But after resetting the printer it wont print for them. So i went there to try helping them. It say " no animation guide data available", but it should be able to print anyway right? Or is it something that might be failing and it wont show whats wrong thanks to the guide is inactive?

In the "joblist" it only say stop after the job.

My english isnt the best but i hope you guys understand.

Who and how did reset machine? No animation guide warning usually is harmless to machine functionality. You will need FW update to clear this warning.
