It could be the charge roller, drum or developer. Most likely the developer. it has possibly been running under toned for quite some time and has started pulling developer out of the development unit. Buy a new bag of Genuine Ricoh developer and replace. If you are use after market supplies, you are wasting money.

ok guys !, this is weird ,this problem has been for quite some time , now i was going to order a bag of developer as slimslob advised , but it ocurred me for the first time to print the counter , and this happened:
Counter directly from machine:
IMG_20201128_170127 (print).jpg
A copy of the counter:
IMG_20201128_170127 (n copy).jpg
A copy of the counter at max density:
IMG_20201128_170127 (max density).jpg
as you can see , the triangle is fine if i print directly from the machine
You obviously don't want to spend the money to have a tech on site to assess the issue, so my suggestion from thousands of Km's away is unchanged.....
You're wasting your money by just swapping the dev in this machine, and it "technically" isn't available anyway, because, as I said, this machine takes a complete photoconductor unit (which includes the dev)
