Is it doing the same thing on print and copy?

I can't tell a whole lot from the image you posted. Can you post a solid black image (skyshot)?

What is the interval on the anomalies crossfeed, as seen in the skyshot?

My Acrobat Distance Tool tells me the interval is 45.212mm, which is the developing unit fault. If you've already changed the developing unit and clutch, I'd look at the rest of the developing drive components (gears, bushings, shafts, etc.). On the ECOSYS FS4020 I've seen those bushings oval out, and if I remember correctly, they are not available separately. I dug through my miscellany for bushing replacements.

Keep in mind that every Kyocera monochrome desktop has defects of this sort, even new out of the box. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Is the transfer roller assy fully seated, and clear of any debris in it's vicinity?

I had a transfer roller swell on one end causing light prints down one side.

Looks like the drum has been exposed to light for too long.
