Hey All... I have the service manual for the Toshiba eStudio 3508A but can't find the parts manual. The part I need is the circuit board that contacts the chip on the back of the toner cartridge. There are 4 springs and one of the contact springs broke off. The service manual describes this part as "PWA-H-CTIF Board". If you could get a part # (or part) to me I would be most appreciative. You won't find the parts manual as a PDF because Toshiba has a proprietary application called RIBON, which combines all the parts manuals into a single app.

3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
