Develop ineo +203

Hello guys,

I'm new here , a technician but not trained for copiers. Still I'm trying to fix a develop ineo +203.
The machine I'm working on does not start up at all, The power is on but only the blue, orange and start button led light up.
I noticed voltage on the battery dropping below 2V so I fitted a new battery, checked the hdd on a windows machine and it seems to be fine. Found a thread which suggested flipping a micro switch next to the nvram, tried that too.
What else can I do without spending a lot of money on this old machine?

Sounds like a dead LCD display.
Machine not worth the 500.00 Control panel IMHO.

A02EM71002 is the part# I believe.

Is it possible to put in bigger modules?
I found 1 gb modules 333mhz.

I got new modules but the copier still doesn't work. I'll scrap it.
