blank printsxerox 8070

ok have a strange issue here on a xerox c8070.
customer sends print it prints banner page BUT the rest of the pages are blank
i used my pws and a xover cable and sent a print it works fine. I then loaded a Differet xerox driver and same thing ie when ever i print from MY laptop it prints fine. i even put thier file on a usb put into my laptop and print again all ok
customer says thier IT has already uninstalled and reinstalled the printer from thier print queue. and even tried same driver ie pcl 6 driver and they cannot get anything except banner page to print

WSD port?

did you try with the driver they have installed?

PCL6 driver? have you tried PCL 5?

i take it this is a windows setup?

win10?

latest updates? if so delete the latest one

reboot

i tried FIRST time by just connecting machine and letting win10 find its own driver that worked then i uninstalled it and added the pcl 6 ( same as customer said they had) and again that worked

Never use WINDOWS drivers!!!
Always PCL6 from Xerox website.

yes win 10 and pcl 6 same as customer had and it did SAME THING ie blanks HOWEVER after a sw install and having customer delete and reinstall printer while i was there solved the issue
