Hi there!
Original toner AND good paper!!!! When there is too much dust (chalk, etc...) in the paper this problem occurs much faster.
Customers with good paper allways reached the real end of fuser life without a dirty stripperplate.
Greetings...
Cleaning the stripper plate is a procedure outlined in the manual, and is needed on occasion. More so with aftermarket toner. Nothing unusual.
NEVER ASSUME ANYTHING
The blade is coated with a thin layer of Teflon that is supposed to help keep toner from sticking. Improper cleaning can damage that coating and make things worse. If that has already happened you will need to replace the blade.

interesting, usually I scratch the edge of the blade, with fine sandpaper, moving it away from the sleeve, without disassembling anything, I have never had problems with this procedure, however as soon as I have the opportunity, I will do this experiment to remove it too....however, we use only ricoh genuine toner
