This will "wipe" everything and set it back to factory, without having to reload the software.
All passwords set back to default, any customer data wiped.
How would you do this if you don't know the service password? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Well, that's what happens, when you respond to a thread, before you are really awake, or have someone
yacking at you while you are posting LOL.

Took a system board from a junk machine. The password is on there. If anybody else runs in to the same thing, you need the system pcb. No replaceable SRAM.

... hopefully you will not run into any SED-HDD issues because the Serial #s will not match. Best to have a formatted SED-HDD and the firmware handy.

As a matter of routine I formatted the HD, reloaded firmware, initialized and put in the sn.

So....Bare with me its been Monday for 3 days now.

IF Service password and Admin password are Unknown then it will require a sys board swap. Guessing you can't fix the key mis-match and need to reformat HDD

However IF at least one of the passwords are known, then there are ways to reset the other per the instructions in the service and or user documentation.
