    IMC3500 Duplex jam

    IMG_8193.jpgIMG_8193.jpgHi guys,

Got this weird duplex jams on this IMC

When doing a couple of duplex prints or copies, no problem.
however, when a large job of duplex is printed it causes this jam around the 20th output of the print.(?!!)

It stuck at the duplex turn and entering the heater, see picture.
It jams every time around that point. (doing more then 20 jobs)

changed the exit unit, fuser, duplex unit and even the fuser/exit/ drive unit.
    No results . .

Machine has not reached the 5K yet . .
There was once a SC622-11, rarely happened.

    Someone seen this before?
    Thanks in advance ,

    Gr George

in the service manual you found the SC code that you posted? 622-11 doesn't appear to point to any of the parts that you stated you have replaced.

That's correct, but the SC622-11 was just indicated one time as I mentioned. Probably incidental

Have you even looked in the service manual? I doubt it. Otherwise you wouldn't be calling it a Duplex jam. J019 is a fusing exit jam, that is to sat the lead edge of the paper made it past the rfusing entrance sensor but never made it to the fusing exit sensor. From the picture of the creased sheet of paper just below the bottom of the fusing unit I would say that you have toner caked on the fuser entrance guide plate from using cheap quality supplies. Either that or the guide is not adjusted correctly for the type and weight of paper used.

Bridge unit/finisher fitted? Could have wrong style exit rollers fitted to exit unit, cleaning unit could be blocked
