Wouldn't it be helpful and interesting to find out what the solution to the problem was in his case.....but as usual, Georgey couldn't be bothered to return with an update. He just gets what he needs, and runs every time

These feed units have a problem with a screw comes loose or falls out have a look behind little plastic cover on cassette there is a technical bulletin also they do firmware for this

Mark, the only 3 RTB's i have, are:
RD573001 HEATER DEHUMIDIFIER
RD573002a firmware announce sc502
RD573003a firmware announce sc502
Is there another than these mentioned?
I will post the picture of the self-modificated tray later (usb tool has broken).
