As a reminder, with the latest V1512 FW on eBN/eBN2 ,and VNC turned on, while using free Windows 10 Quick Assist, you can log into a customer's copier remotely, and reach all service menus.
Look for new FW in August adding dedicated remote service assistance buttons to the copier.
