Who are you trying to keep the firmware safe from? Do you have a firmware thief ransacking your PC?

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I have an office at Photocopy Machine Sales and Services and some technicians. So it can be seen that some technicians copy the firmware from my office usb drive and provide personal service to the customer of the office, due to which the office does not get any profit. So in the initial way I want to stop stealing firmware of technician. So I want if I give a preloaded USB drive to them as if they can upgrade the firmware and can not copy my firmware. Thanks in advance and sorry for bad English

AFAIK if the techs can't copy the USB stick, neither can the MFP. If you don't trust your techs maybe you should have different technicians. =^..^=
