mpc3002 jams with tray 1 paper did not move

I replaced tray 1 paper feed unit ass'y with a referbished one (new one way's and paper feed rollers).
    Problem remains.
I checked the serv manual 3002 & 3001 for details about the paper feed mechanisme, but there is no chapiter "detailed descriptions" there. mpc3000 has this chapiter, but is it the same mechanism?
Anyone can throw me a bone here? .
    Thanks

Do you use the pick up belt D0892830 for mpc3001 or just the AF030085 (as i do)?

    Paper feed rollers:

    AF030090 serie MP4000 GREEN
    AF030085 serie C2800 C3001 C3002 ORANGE
    AF030094 serie C3003 C3004 GREEN

    Paper feed units:
    Mp4000 = sp8200 = mpc3500
! different unit for LCT or optional tray
    mpc3001 : D0892750 ass’y with pick up belt D0892830
    mpc3002 : D1422750 ass’y with pick up roller AF030085

    Referbish paper feed units
    Replace levers G0652767 & AB011218

If the rollers are not making contact with the paper to pull it through, check the solenoid, the door cable/connector or the main board. More likely it's the connector not pushed all the way in.

These pick up belts were the biggest crap - we also use regular pick up rollers. You might need an additional plastic washer in order to keep that whitish/yellowish rholder thingy properly in place, otherwise it might got stucked and the pick up roller won't move downwards.

    hi, try replacing the tray.
it happened to me that the rear part, honestly made of plastic a bit too light, tends to deform and move forward when the drawer is inserted, and the station operating lever does not work correctly, alternatively (as I do io) you can apply / glue a piece of thick, cut-out plastic to that point on the tray
