    problem with ip

Hello, I present that small problem in mp301, I configure the ip as it should but I do not connect to the pc, I print the machine's ip report and I get ip 0.0.0.0. I already erase memory, activate network port in sp, exchange network controller, format the hdd and follow the failure, here I attach testsSin título-1.jpg

    thanks

I find it interesting that that the picture of the display where you claim to have entered the IP settings and the printout of the network settings are in 2 different languages. Are you sure that you clicked on the OK button to save what you entered?

Agreed with Slimslob on this. You have to save the ip address or the system will automatically go back to the previous settings.

Bit of a common fault if you not familiar with the system.

What happens when you turn on DHCP?
Also make sure you've all and correct firmwares.

+1 on the firmware, double check the operation panel firmware, sometimes the wrong firmware gets in there, I 've seen it a few times, no idea how it happens.

No, there is no need to reboot a Ricoh after changing the IP address settings.

I used to have a ton of old 2051's that required a reboot for it to even appear on the config page. However, I just tried it on a c307, and no reboot was required.

That depends upon the model. I don't know about current models but most of the older ones only sent out a DHCP request during power up so if the IP setting were changed to DHCP then you had to reboot.
