Check to see if there is a setting for Face Up Exit. It will cause the machine to send the copy through the duplex unit to turn it face up.

The default printer driver comes double-sided. Change it.
i change default printer to one side print that isnt the issue here

in copy mode it works fine. The copy does not go to duplex.

100% this is driver setting issue. Figure it out. You're missing something. It's not the machine.

And what about kind of driver/connection? WSD install is always bad.
Use appropriate Ricoh driver for model and connectivity.

It's not driver , I checked everything in detail and I'm using PCL 6 for a very long time so I'm pretty sure it's not driver100% this is driver setting issue. Figure it out. You're missing something. It's not the machine.
