OK so we started with 3 machines with similar problems. We believe we have it narrowed down to 1 machine with it's own issue and 2 machines with their own issues.
MX2610-First machine has a fiber optics line running to it's building, it's across the street from the main building. They recently updated the fiber line. We removed the network line from the ESP. Since removing the network line from the ESP they have not had a single issue.
MX5141/4141-The other 2 machines are located in the same building. We tried printing via crossover to the 5141 and locked it up immediately. Called SHARP and they had us turn off mDNS and WDS. They also had us run a 67-17 which is supposed to clear the memory on the NIC. After doing those things we were able to print to it via cross over without a problem and when we put it back on their network it started printing without an issue as well. If the 5141 continues to have issues we were advised to replace first the HDD and if that doesn't correct the issue to replace the MFP board.
So a little wait and see for a day or 2 and we'll go from there.
Thanks again for all the feedback and input.

Good old 67-17. I use that SIM during lockups, as new Sharps do this A LOT.
Did Sharp happen to mention that SIM wipes several network settings....?
Here is what my notes say:
This is a list of items reset to default by 67-17:
-SMTP
-Domain Name
-Port Control - Server Ports (NBT/WINS and IPP-SSL)
- Client Ports (SNTP)
-Print Port Settings (Use Bidirectional)
Thanks for keeping us updated. Many of these posts go unsolved....

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
OK so here's hoping this is the last update on this.
The 2610 has not had any further issues since removing the network connection from the ESP. Side note: Never did perform the 67-17 on this machine.
Ran the 67-17 on the 5141 and it has gone 4 days now without any issues, also removed the network cable from the ESP there as well.
Today went and ran 67-17 and removed the network cable from the ESP from the 4141. Advised that end user to contact us with any further issues.
But we have gone ahead and closed all of the work orders we had for all 3 machines.
Thanks again for all the help and feedback.
