    If you have Windows 7 or later, file explorer can open and extract .zip files. If you know what you are doing, you can even create zipped folders.

    When I first designed Gooses Guide in 2003 in New England, I originally just put problems that were solved by techs in the field and started to build the database from tech input. Now it basically contains most of what is in each troubleshooting section of the service manuals. Amazing how things change and are built upon from something simple.

    That is a BIT harsh!

    GG has pointed many of our techs in the right direction (even when it was not a quick fix sometimes), it still gives more info than the so-called "field service manuals" that don't even give proper detailed section descriptions anymore.
