Does it ever make a good color copy or print? The Fuser sensor usually only has a problem when running multiple pages in a run. If you open and close big front cover, machine
runs a quick calibration. Then run a print job. Is registration ok?
Agree, especially if issue appeared after Fuser change. Check both photo interrupter sensors(they are the same), actuators and spring.

Cheers guys
cleaned transfer belt
gave the PS41 &2 sensors under fuser a little wiggles and blow out lol
cleaned print glass with that rod thing. although the bloody felt end got stuck in hole. managed to get it out though.
cleaned paper dust bar
not sure how to test the PS4 sensors? couldnt see them in the service senor monitor
ran a pattern on A3 after, seems ok ish. hopefully it lasts...
printed full color pages of C/Y/M/K, they are somewhat ok. but a little cloudy in places.
really could do with a engineer that covers Cornwall, UK area.
P-22 occurred 63 times! color registration failure.
IDS front and rear
IDS shutter solenoid ****
Front side board FSB
and print control board PCBR
Bad drums devs and transfer belt can not be excluded.
Half-tones should show a problem there.
Check you IDS levels under <state confirmation>.
Whatever
the issue is back. but im not sure where to start on your message.
first off maybe i just clear all codes/stats?
all colours are offset and blue is marking across further pages.
ive found the IDC/registration sensors in the field manual, i'll try cleaning/re-seating them first.
Check the voltage levels under state confirmation under in service mode for the IDS sensors.
Should be like 3.0 Max but more like 2.8. Both of them should be around the same value.
The lower that value the less reflection comes from you belt.
If IDS1 and IDS2 don't match close it shows a problem.
Toner on those sensors is a common thing.
Remove the belt open the shutter and clean the sensors.
Check the shutter mechanism while you are at it works with a solenoid.
Whatever
cant find IDS, only found IDC?
IDC 1 and 2 shows 4.5v
