What are the PM counts, replace the dev unit.
Other colours look crap as well.

The gentleman should check the service manual. No shortcuts please.
Aye! Cut the crap
You have to get into SP mode, if you don’t know that call a trained tech.
Definitely looks like clumps in the dev unit. +1 to all the previous comments in this regard.
Also could not hurt to remove the laser unit and clean all its optics as well, although that will probably only bring back some of the overall solidity, and definitely not cure the white lines.
When we get that on devices that have not made yield, we would dump the dev out through a fine sieve, to trap the clumps, then run a piece of paper between the mag roller seals to move all the remaining clumps out. If done correctly, it gives you your print quality back.
If it has done yield, replace the dev unit.
Press the GREEN button!!
Thanks for your post. I've done as recommended..."we would dump the dev out through a fine sieve, to trap the clumps, then run a piece of paper between the mag roller seals to move all the remaining clumps out", but streaks are still coming on prints after. I guess would have to replace the dev unit. Also, I forgot to mentioned that the black is missing on prints. Please any suggestions on the missing black on prints?
Thanks
J
A sheet of paper will not correctly clean the doctor blade. It requires the use of a doctor blade cleaning tool. You can find the order number in the Pro 1357ex service manual.
Time to call in a REAL tech mate..!!!
You're not I.T. trying to do the customer a favour and fix it for them because the machine's on Do and Charge?
