    Ricoh Device Manager NX

Hello everyone. I have been using Ricoh Device Manager for a few years.
Recently I have 2 printers that display an error, such as 'Call Service' and I cannot connect to them.
However they are up and printing as normal.
A 'refresh' does not update the status of these devices.
Is the only fix delete them and search for them again?

    Paul

What part of "Check In" do you fail to understand? The "Newbie Check In!" is not for asking questions! Post your technical problems and questions in the proper Technical Forum. http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/ri...tetner-lanier/

Thanks for the welcome Slimslob. Looking at other Check Ins I see you do not greet others such as warmly who post similarly....

no that is usually my type response to posts like yours... but I got up late today so Slim covered for me. MOST newbies undererstand what "check-in" implies.

you might want to go review the "forum rules", so in the future you don't cop a 'TUDE when things are pointed out to you.

Hi Paul, as others said this isn't right place to post such thread. Judging from your post you had knowledge to search slimslob's posts. I failed to see why not to copy&paste in the right Ricoh forum where you can get much more responding.
