Hello All,
I have read several posts on Ricoh toner issues and used that information to check out my printer. The issue I have is that the toner auger does not turn on. When you got to force toner there is no engagement of the clutch. I have pulled the clutch and it checks out ok. I have changed the toner sensors, clear the supply tube ect.. Is it possible I have a bad board? There are no errors. The printer starts up fine.

Have the machine light prints? Or are there any toner bank related Sc codes? (493,494,495)?.....

There are no related SC codes. The toner hopper is empty.

If by the toner auger you are referring to the auger in the toner hopper on top of the development, you could have a bad toner end sensor on the hopper or a bad toner auger motor. You may also have a bad toner pump, toner pump motor or supply tube between the toner pump and the toner supply cylinder. The supply tube, once it has clogged, will need to be replaced with a new one. It has a powered Teflon coating on the inside that is easily damaged when trying to clear a clog. Once damaged, the tube will continue to clog.
