    Kyocera FS4200Dn

    Good day

I hope im on the right form as i am a new user

i have a Kyocera FS 4200dn that is giving me a headache , client reported that the printer is not printing correctly i.e the heading of the letter head starts printing in the middle of the page , i have replaced all the clutches and feed rollers and made no difference at all , its almost as if the paper is fed too early or the machine starts printing too late

any suggestions and assistance will be appreciated

I would look at paper feed/registration clutches or if it has a lot of prints on it the registration switch lever being worn off

Is there a spring missing from the feed assy, or is the sep roller spring missing?

Does the registration vary at all or is it consistently off by the same amount? What's the total page count on that thing? have you tried the MP Tray or Duplex?

    Re: Kyocera FS4200Dn

Can we see a sample please?

Hey! Is the letterhead printed on another laser based device, maybe color? So when you take this color image fused at 160C then run it a second time through the Kyocera printer fusing at 180C the image loosens and reprints at 110mm intervals (the interval of the fuser)?

Sorry to say, there's nothing you can do about that.

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
