    c500 SC29-22

    I've getting this error, cleaned all but still occur. Please help.

    Please can u give me a breakdown of all the 29- error codes ?

    Get error sc27-4 aswell

      Dot diameter adjustment control /K resulted in an abnormality.

      Haven't had that one. You can turn off gamma setup image control to avoid. Says something about drum potential sensors and they are pretty unreliable.

      27-04 Output of toner density sensor / K (TDS K) cannot be controlled.
      If someone has removed the lid of the developer tank then you will get this fault and possibly the 29-22. I would be looking at replacing the developer tank If I were you.
