Good afternoon everybody hope all well
Dear i m facing problem in Bizhub C7000 Magenta color having sometime dots on print mostly its coming in Image area some time on all print 1st of all i check with drum changing then developer and developer unit. After developer unit replacing machine work for around 2 month without problem. now the same problem came again customer say now they start production and same problem came again.
