A fellow tech has a BH C452 that looks marvelous when printing text and is as dark as can be, but when the prints/copies have 30%+ coverage the pages start to look more and more like they were colored with a crayon instead of being dense/full and this goes for all 4 colors. When stopping the machine with a full 255 halftone on the drums there is plenty of toner but there seems to be an issue getting it onto the transfer belt (36,000 prints on it and has been replaced 2x'a for this issue and never resolved it) and it looks like crayon on the belt itself before the transfer to the paper. The high voltage board and lvps have been swapped to no avail. The drums are 2 months old as well. 850K total copies.

I am down to connection/strips or the cam motor for the xfer belt?
