Hello There
I have a bizhub C35 that is showing me an error message almost everytime I use the RDF. Itīs shows (Jam please open and close the RDF).
The thing is that the paper has alreday gone throught the path for example if I have 4 originals paper and all 4 comes out but the message shows after all the originals have gone throught, so I have to open and Close the RDF. I have change the Separator Roller Assy and no use. There are like 6 sensors and they are very expensive and I donīt want to order all of them Has any one had this problem before. And if you know what sensor is broken or if it is the DFDB assy.
