As the title says, is there a way to make multiple user boxes at once or do they have to be created one by one? I'm trying to create a secure way for all users to print so they don't leave their papers at the printer. I tried using User Authentication with Active Directory, but inputting a username and a password every time is quite the hassle for all users. Thanks in advance

Use "ID and Print" with User List and password. Or get a card reader setup with "ID and Print"

That means if the user authenticates on the machine there work will print.

The problem with ID and Print is that it also blocks scanning and copying, things that the users do on a regular basis. I just need some sort of PIN to unlock a printing job when the user is ready to actually go to the printer which is why User Boxes are the best choice so far, but managing them is tedious. I'm probably missing something big so thanks for bearing with me.

Turn on secure print in the driver code each user a different pin.
They walk up to machine select user box secure print type there pin and they release only their jobs.
