bizhub 200 account track question

I am trying to disable copy track on a bizhub 200 we just traded back in from an account. I go into administrator settings/account authrntification and then account track and turn it off. but it wont stay.. any thoughts on how to get this setting to stay.. it just needs to be a stand alone.. no codes?

make sure that the user authentication is off....try to clear all account data
