Hi all

We have a problem bizhub series 4. We have two clients are in different locations (C224,C284e) both machine have issue same.
When have to connected lan network the machine have the symptom the panel freezes(It's like trying to connect to something.) and meanwhile when unplug lan cable the machine is normally.
(If connected directly to computer not found, this symptom.)we have video of this symptom.

This has come up before. Some techs put a network switch between the copier and the customers network to resolve.

The three I found with this problem were turned over to and resolved by the customers IT dept.

Are these machines running DHCP?

it looks like there may be something still in the print queue or an IP conflict.

Try changing the network speed from auto to 100mbs duplex.
I have fixed the same issue with a B36 by adding a network switch.

Are these machines authenticating, or using account track? =^..^=
