Hi Guys, my English is very basic.
I have a client who has a C550, the machine is working fine, it scans perfectly to SMB on XP, but the client also wants to scan a Mac OX, can be? SMB on MacOX

yes scan to smb is possible just enable the window file sharing on mac and you will be able to scan to mac share folder.

Apple menu (finder)\system preferences\file sharing\user XXX "read write"\options\check the box " share files and folders using SMB.
If your system preferences is locked login as admin, click on the lock to unlock using admin password.

path on the machine:\\user-PC (name)\public\dropbox.

drop box is default public folder on macs, all shared files and folders fall into that folder
