What do you mean by "the pages are always brighter"
Are you getting any error codes besides the P codes?
Try replacing the dev unit.

There aren't imaging units on this model. The drum and dev unit are separate. Pull out the black dev unit and turn the mag roller to see if there is any dev on it.
If not then you may need a high voltage board and a new dev unit.
Have you called Kon Min tech support?

Konica Minolta I can not reach anyone in the moment.

I will try to remove the DEV and install a new one. I tell then what has brought .
I've never removed a DEV from a c224e . Is that easy ? Remove the screws forward enough?

Thx

it looks like the HV has failed as the dev is being sucked from the unit.

Yes its easy to remove. The TCR sensor that is showing 0.00% is on the developer unit. But with a new machine i would reseat all the connectors on the OACB and the relay board below the units.

The TCR ratio is independent of the HV control board and with small amount of prints, i would guess it would be a connector or a board.

The TCR sensor itself is not like the old ones it's a non-contact type, it's a coil printed on the circuit board and not much that can go wrong with it.

Thank you for the quick help ,
we are in contact with Konica Minolta for the change of the machine since that is new and has very little copies .
Should it not work I'll do all thanks to your help what has been proposed and report what was it.

Many Thx

Hi Guys.
After I installed a new developer, the problem not solved.
I then expanded the subhopper and found that the small cabel for steppermotor black was very loose. , Have it re-connected and tested. it works again. :)
Control its simples. Remove the Tray from top and see the tonner bottles.. Reconect the harnes from stepper motor M6.
see atachment..

Good luck and many thx to all.
