PF770 keeps breaking.

Who ever thought it was a good idea to use thin plastic on the part that lifts metal and weight of 5 reams of paper should go jump off a cliff into a pool of sharks.:mad: Anyone else dealing with these breaking alot? It's attached to TA8000i btw.

We've got a few school districts that have broken theirs multiple times, and refuse to pay for replacements, so they remain broken. There is a stupid operator factor here. =^..^=
