                  The prep tool is available on the EFI site...Jeez...try to help yourself 1st....

                  Look in "/IC-408 v2.0/1.3.1 USB Prep Tool (Windows application)"

                      The folder is there ("/IC-408 v2.0/1.3.1) but it is empty.
