Get a demo of each and pick the one you like.

Networking of copiers are all the same.
It is the control panel of the box you need to consider.

I have found Mita to be very button intense.

Trusted Reviews (http://www.trustedreviews.com/Kyocera-FS-4000DN-Workgroup-Laser-Printer-review). If cutting your customers printing costs is one of your priorities I would consider the Kyocera, If you look at the cost of the HP and Lexmark, they cost considerably more to run than the Kyocera. I do not have any of these particular models out in the field, however, from what I have read they seem very reliable as well. i have used both kyocera fs4000dn and hp P4015 (not P4014) and both are solid printers. Kyocera is using selenium drum which can copy more than the OPC drum of HP.

Those models are quite a few years old and if they are in good shape then good. I would go for the HP 4250dn and 4350dn if you can get them. rebulid or service them and change the swing plate and you would have very few service calls and complaints, also all in one cartridge which customers can replace. kyocera are excellent but drum is separate and the charge rollers can cause a few service calls. Also can't go wrong with lexmarks, they are workhorses.
