[Error Code] Konica minolta c7000p error code c-3501

Hi everbody:

im new on konica minolta, my c7000p drop a c-3501 error.
i change the TH1 sensor.
i try to reset the DipSW3-1 to (0) but i dont know how to save the cofiguration
can anyone help me with this

Hi,
You are resetting the correct soft switch. You dont have to "save" anything. Setting the switch to 0 should release the code when the machine is switched off and on.
If the code returns after a while then you have an issue with the fusing unit. Check the heat sleeves/bearings for the upper belt unit. Check the gap between the belt and the temp sensor 1.
Check the state of the upper lamp assembly.
