bizhub c6500 fault code 4720

Hi everyone,i am having a trouble code 4720 to a c6500 konica minolta. I'll try to replace the cyan writing unit.
Do you experiance to this or any familiar fault???????

Hi,
It is more than likely to be the Cyan write unit. Just to be sure I would swap the Cyan and Magenta write units around and see if the fault code changes. If it does then the write unit is faulty. If it doesn't then I would suspect the image processing board or the write unit wiring loom.
