a bizhub C550 often jamming between fixing unit and guide assy. It looks as if the guide assy is sometimes not driven, because the paper looks like an accordion. Sometimes a piece of paper is also under the seperation claw of the fixing unit.
Sometimes hundreds of copies can be made without a jam or even just a few.
When I look in the jam history or print out the managemet list, the paper jam code C3001 ist displayed.
To my astonishment, this code is not listed in my service manual!!!
Does anybody of you know, what this code means?
