C360 no gradation option!

Hi guys

Anybody found a C360 where the gradation tabs "buttons" are missing?
Both in service mode and in expert adjustment.
Just rebuilt a machine today, all works ok the colors looks ok but it still worries me.

Go into service mode and turn off "Grad/Dev AC Bias V Selection".

it is under "Image process adjust"

Shit forgot i switched that on :rolleyes:. My real problem is bad transfer on the lead and trail edge of Thick 3 glossy paper. only like 4mm into the frame so about 8mm from the edge.
Its easy to say its the paper, my competition has a C220 machine next to it and that works fine.

I replaced a good looking transfer belt and bad looking roller. I had ghosting from the transfer belt on the paper Its a weird thing to see. that seems to be gone. I changed the DV's because they where shot. The drums still make good halftones.

Still the same thing. Next would be that HV board i think?
