hello, I would like to know if there is a function on the bizhub C250 which allows to know the level of toners ie the amount consumed and remaining (one for each color gauge BCMY?)
thank you in advance!

If you have the machine networked, you can view an embedded web page by opening an internet browser and type in the I.P. address in the address bar. There should be an estimated toner remaining section that gives you a general estimate of toner left in the cartridge.

If you press Utility/Counter button there should be a "Check Consumable Life" displayed on the touch screen. If it is not displayed in the Utility/Counter mode then check in the "Administrator" mode.

The "Check Consumable Life" is showing only the life on imaging units, fusing unit and transfer belt, you won't see any toner level there. As cobiray said, the only way to check it is to open the web page of the machine with your browser. The later models, C203/253/353 have small icons that indicate the toner level, but unfortunately C250/252 have no easy way to check it.
