I have been asked to resolve a problem created by another tech. He replaced the drum & developer but left the customer when he couldn't get into Tech Rep Mode. I have tried , also, but when I go to the the Utility/Counter screen the Check Detail touch point is dead/inoperative. I'm not sure what is locking me out & the customer is being evasive about who they had work on it. Any hints would be greatly appreciated as I don't get much experience on the product line. I only have Intravia for reference. I would like to help the customer out.
