Hi all,

I have a Bizhub C364e that when a MAC user tries to print an email this message appears on the Bizhub "Job Deleted Due To Error"
However he CAN print other documents, this only happens when he's printing emails in Outlook, this only started happening yesterday.
The rest of the users in the office can print fine from their Windows OS.

All other users can print fine.
He can print anything well, except mails in outlook.
Mails itself or attachments ?
Often you have to store attachments before, print them from dektop, never from outlook handed to adobe or office, thats a MS-dilemma. Outlook stores a temporary file write protected und starts the software needed. If for example adobe try to print that file, it cant replace missing fonts.
In one case you get only a failure displayed, or sometimes a print with chinese or wingdings letters out of the machine. If you got a mail in html format, this can also happen, the screen looks ok, but print fails.

Have this in mind at your next visit, send him a plain text formatted mail and let it print.
Then ask for the last MS-update.

Oops, i forgot an important thing:
Connect a bizhub with IOS never over bonjour, only by lpd-deamon.

Bonjour works fine for as long you have set up correct machine type.
To me it is solely application issue.
Have you tried changing outlook page setup > memo style and checked for correct paper size?
