[Error Code] Konica Minolta C252 C2555 & C2556

Hi

Getting Error Codes C2555 and C2556 after replacing the Yellow imaging unit.

It can be due to low toner.. Check the toner if its sense or not...

Also try resetting the Trouble reset by keep pressing Utility button while powering on & then Press Ok on reset. Restart machine & see

Are you getting both codes at the same time? C-2555 is for low toner density, and C-2556 is for high toner density in the yellow IU. It is unlikely that it would display both codes at the same time.

TCR ratio is like

12% means 12% of the mix is toner. So its overtoned.
This can happen if the toner in the DV is not mixed in well.
Take it out shake it well, knock it with your screwdriver.
Reinstall it and run solid halftones bit by bit keep opening and closing the front door to reset the code.
Keep an eye on the TCR ratio under "state confirmation" if it starts dropping your in luck.

PS block of the toner supply while doing this. If it happens again it's a toner supply or a TD sensor problem.
