PI7200e/Disk full msg

Have a Di 5510 with a fiery pi7200e controller attached.Command workstation says "disk full,delete held jobs"..all queue's show empty.I have cleared server many times,exported and cleared job log,only to retrieve 800mb out of 16gig...any help?

I had similar in the past with a Pi-5500. The only solution finally was re-installing the firmware. Hans
