This is on bizhub 501, I'm copier tech, but the IT person at the account is having trouble getting into the network tab in the Pagescope web interface. When you select the orange network tab-just get a blank screen. We tried using Chrome as well, got in one time just for a few seconds, unable to get back in. We also tried on multiple desktops with xp/7/8 - no help.
We just simply need to get into Network to add e-mail addresses.
How do we resolve this issue ?
