Anyone had any luck with Single Sign On and the KM Print Driver???

Authentication is on/External Server. AD is working for walk up users...Copy/Scan works as expected.. Under network Settings SSO is enabled and we have joined the MFP to the domain. Print Driver has SSO enabled and under authentication/account track, SSO is checked. Normal fields for user name password are greyed out and I can see the logged in users name so I know the driver is pulling the correct credentials, but every print job immediately returns a authentication failed message. MFP log shows nothing has been sent, not even a deleted due to log in error. Turn off SSO and manually put the credentials in and MFP prints as expected. MFP is at K2, function version 7, driver is 5.X.X.X. have also tried the universal driver, but it looks like SSO isn't supported. This particular MFP is a C754e, but we get the same symptoms on a 2 other 3 series MFPs. No failure message when getting device information so I know the MFP info is being communicated back to the driver. Any ideas? TIA Emujo

question 1:
Is the driver local or server?

question 2:
If server have you tried local and see if that works?

Have you tried the special driver Version 3.1.2.SSD_22

2. What changed
This driver is released for the following purposes.
2.1. Windows Login Name is set to "User Name" for User Authentication as default.
2.2. "Password" for User Authentication is blank.
2.3. "User Name" and "Password" are not editable.
2.4. "Public User" checkbox is unchecked as default.
2.5. User Authentication type is set to "ON(Enhanced Server)" as default.
2.6. This driver can coexist with standard driver.
2.7. Print Type is set to "1-sided" as a default setting.
2.8. When installing the printer driver, it can install without getting a warning.
- This driver supports Package Aware to prevent UAC (User Account Control) prompt.
2.9. The special driver which customized for following features on WOW64 environment (Windows 32-bit On
Windows 64-bit).
- Excel Job Control
- Remove White Background
a). The alert message about these features are not displayed when users print a job or open the Printer
Properties on WOW64 environment.
b). These features are changed to OFF on WOW64 environment.
2.10. If the following function is added in MyTab, the Application is crashed when the properties is opened from
the Application.
- Basic : Zoom
- Finish : Page Fold Setting
- Other : Convert to Gray Scale
2.11. It is corrected that if user authentication is set to "ON(Enhanced Server)" or "ON(MFP)+ON(Enhanced
Server) " and "Auto" of "Obtain Settings" of device information is set to "Off", it is sometimes caused to display the
warning message.
*This is only caused just after installation.

Solved...Turns out that there was a 2nd DNS entry for that particular IP address from a device that had been removed. Had the customer create a new DNS record (and it has to be "HOSTNAME.Domain.COM" and delete the older entry. SSO printing executed perfectly from this point. Hope this can help someone. Emujo
